How do I book service?
Use the Book button or the contact form. Tell us what you need (maintenance, cleanup, mulch, etc.) and your address — we’ll reply with pricing and the next available dates.
Do you offer weekly and bi-weekly maintenance?
Yes. Weekly is best for consistent curb appeal. Bi-weekly works for slower growth or shaded yards. We can recommend the best schedule after we see the property.
What’s included in a maintenance visit?
Typically: mow, trim, edge (as needed or hard-line for weekly), and blow off hard surfaces. We always finish with a clean cleanup so the property looks sharp.
Do you do one-time services?
Yes — one-time cuts, cleanups, mulch installs, edging refresh, trimming, and property resets. Great for rentals, listings, and seasonal prep.
How do you price jobs?
Pricing depends on property size, slope, trimming needs, access, and scope. For the fastest accurate estimate, send photos and your address.
Is haul-away included for cleanups?
Most cleanups include haul-away. If debris volume is unusually large, we’ll confirm before service.
Can I bundle mulch + edging + cleanup?
Absolutely — bundling is the fastest way to get the “premium yard” look. We’ll recommend the best combination for your property.
Do you trim shrubs and small trees?
Yes — shrub trimming, shaping, and light pruning. For larger tree work, we can advise or refer, depending on height and safety requirements.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain usually doesn’t stop service. For heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll reschedule and communicate the updated plan.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas requested and any gate codes needed, we can complete service and confirm when finished.
